Terms of Service (TOS) - Warranty

Thank you for choosing Lucidness .These Terms of Service govern the warranty provisions for products purchased from us. Please read these terms carefully.

  1. Warranty Coverage

After placing an order with Lucidness, you are entitled to a limited warranty, as follows:

  1. Warranty Period

All accounts purchased from Lucidness are valid at the time of delivery. However, due to the nature of these products, they may become invalid after some time. In the event of such issues, you are eligible for warranty claims during the specified warranty period.

  1. Warranty Claim Procedure

In the event of account validity issues, you must follow the procedure below to initiate a warranty claim:

a. Testing Period: After placing an order and receiving your product, you have a testing period of one (1) hour from the time of delivery. During this period, it is your responsibility to test the product thoroughly.

b. Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with the product, you must promptly report them to Lucidness via Telegram at [https://t.me/Luc1dn355]. When reporting issues, please specify which aspects of the product are not working as intended.

  1. Warranty Expiration

After the one-hour testing period has expired, your warranty coverage ends. Once this period has passed, you are no longer entitled to:

a. Receive compensation for any issues with the product. b. Request a replacement for the product.

  1. Exceptions

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

a. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product. b. Misuse, abuse, or negligence in handling the product. c. Circumvention of any security features or restrictions related to the product. d. Acts of third parties or events beyond our control that affect the product's functionality.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucidness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

a. The use or inability to use the product. b. Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data. c. Any other matter relating to the product.

  1. Governing Law

By placing an order with Lucidness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and the associated warranty provisions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order with us.

Lucidness reserves the right to amend these warranty terms at its discretion, and any changes will be posted on our website.
